Journaling Support
For the first time in years, I’m opening a few spots for 1:1 journaling support!
My journaling practice has helped me be less critical and more accepting of myself, my thoughts, and my feelings. It’s made me more curious, more creative, and more confident. Most importantly, it’s given me a safe place I can turn to when I need a little extra care and comfort.
My goal with these calls is to help you find similar relief in your journaling practice. To help you move through blocks like “I don’t know what to write about” and “This is pointless.” To help you reimagine your relationship with journaling so you can show up for your practice and yourself the way you’ve always wanted to.

45-minute video calls via Google Meet or Zoom
Video recording and notes sent after each call
$50 USD per session
